Cerevoy, LLC was founded by Tom Pado and Evan Zimmerman, two accomplished innovators with over 30 years of leadership and technical expertise in the marine and subsea industries. Following a distinguished Navy career, Tom Pado became a pioneer in underwater systems, eventually founding TMT in Australia, a leading global provider of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and subsea systems services, where he led groundbreaking advancements as CEO. Evan Zimmerman has similarly dedicated three decades to developing technologies that tackle the toughest challenges in extreme marine environments, serving in pivotal roles as Subject Matter Expert, Technical Director, CTO, and CEO across the United States, Europe, and Australia. Both founders hold numerous patents and remain at the forefront of innovation, delivering transformative solutions to meet the evolving needs of their stakeholders.
